Art Therapy & Counseling
Art enables us to find ourselves!
Speaks where words are unable to explain.
Art is the expression and application of human creativity and imagination. It functions as a means of communication, self-expression, entertainment, exploration of experiences, discovery of new perspectives and healing. Mental healing is a valuable process that offers people the ability to improve their mental health, develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and cope effectively with life's challenges. A restorative experience on how we relate to ourselves and others, an exercise in awareness, taking responsibility and giving meaning to our existence.
Therapeutic Photography
Embrace the Power of Psychotherapy on a Journey of
Mindfulness, Self-Awareness and Healing!
PhotoCure is a therapeutic method that consists of a set of photographic and psychotherapeutic practices, which aim to trigger and facilitate internal, mental and psychological processes for self-exploration, self-growth, and, ultimately, psychological healing.
The PhotoCure Therapist is a fellow traveler on this journey of self-discovery and healing, facilitating the process in a number of ways. PhotoCure can either work alongside an already existing Psychotherapy setting or stand on its own as a potent treatment in and itself for the person in need.
Fine Art Photography
It is an illusion that photos are made with the camera. They are, first and foremost, constructed by the internal eye; the unconscious, the heart, and the conscious mind. Each and every photography project is unique and always springs from an inspiration as well as further fuels the creative mind and process.
Turning one's vision into a live and kicking project, we celebrate one's satisfaction, as well as the result of the creative process. We have extensive experience in successfully completing various types of professional photography projects, including Documentary, Events, Portfolio, Travel photography, and much more.
Photographic Documentary
The COVID-19 pandemic that broke out in 2020 brought us face to face with an unprecedented social phenomenon, that of lockdown. Back then, time, if not static, was certainly dilated, heavy, unwieldy. It degenerated into an emotive unit of measurement, since it now contained the whispers of our souls.
This photographic documentary is not only unique in terms of its historical value, but also unique, in that it constitutes a valuable archive of Athens that will forever stand as a reminder of the dystopia we worldwide shared but also of human strength.
